Torsten Busse


Torsten specializes in employee engagement and management communications. He advises clients in a number of industries in critical change situations, including business transformation, restructuring and management transitions.

Torsten developed his passion for employee engagement during his time as head of internal communications at the global software developer SAP SE, where he worked for 11 years in various communication functions. Prior to SAP he worked for seven years in San Francisco and Munich as a newswire reporter for IDG covering the IT industry.
