Tim Daubenspeck joins Brunswick Group as a Partner in New York

Brunswick Group, the strategic advisory firm focused on critical issues, today announced that Tim Daubenspeck has joined as a Partner in Brunswick’s New York office, focused on investor engagement.

Tim is an investment professional with 20 years of buy and sell side equity experience. He joins Brunswick from ClearBridge Investments, where he was most recently a portfolio manager for a small cap value strategy fund and, before that, a senior analyst covering the technology and telecommunications sector. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Tim was a senior analyst covering network equipment for Pacific Crest Securities, and before that, for SG Cowen Securities. He began his career as a technical software consultant at IBM Global Services.

Tim Daubenspeck joins Brunswick from ClearBridge Investments, where he was most recently a portfolio manager for a small cap value strategy and previously a senior analyst covering the technology and telecommunications sector. During his time there, Tim also acted as Chairman of the ClearBridge Proxy Committee, which involved extensive CEO, CFO and board level presentations and dialogue for a $140 billion asset manager.

Prior to joining ClearBridge, Tim was a senior analyst covering network equipment for Pacific Crest Securities, and before that, for SG Cowen Securities. He began his career as a technical software consultant at IBM Global Services.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in History from Franklin and Marshall College.
