There’s really no limit to what business leaders can accomplish. The question is what they want to accomplish, and what impact they want to have, for themselves and for society.

Phil Zabriskie

Phil Zabriskie is a Director in the Business & Society team in the U.S.

Previously, he served as Editorial Director for the US office of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), overseeing non-fundraising content such as publications, digital and web content, social media operations, special projects, advocacy communications, and op-eds.

Prior to joining MSF, Phil spent nearly a decade as a foreign correspondent, working mainly for Time magazine across Asia and the Middle East, while also writing for National Geographic, Fortune, the Washington Post Magazine, and others. More recently, he authored “The Kill Switch,” a commissioned Amazon Kindle Single about how soldiers and Marines he met in Iraq and Afghanistan carried their wartime experiences back home in the years that followed.

A native New Yorker, he attended Princeton University, where he studied Comparative Religion, and he now lives in Brooklyn with his wife and five-year-old daughter.
