Ellen Moskowitz joined Brunswick as a Partner in 2007, focusing on critical communications assignments involving litigation, corporate reputation, and crisis and issues management. She also works on public affairs issues affecting the firm's corporate clients. Ellen was formerly a Managing Director at Clark & Weinstock. Prior to joining Clark & Weinstock, Ellen was a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in antitrust, securities, products liability, regulatory and other complex commercial matters. She has counseled both public and private companies on corporate transactions and on a broad variety of critical enterprise-threatening issues and has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Ellen graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
