Business depends upon the perceptions of an increasing number of demanding stakeholders. Alongside this, businesses themselves are now subject to intense scrutiny and evaluation.

In order to help businesses succeed in this environment, we work with companies to help them understand how they are perceived by the audiences that matter. Our work is often shaped by the need to identify the drivers of a company’s reputation, and the attributes behind those drivers.

As no company is ever viewed in isolation, our research always looks at the wider context. We explore whom stakeholders compare and contrast a company to, and how a company is evaluated against its broader peer group.

Pace of change means that research cannot be just a retrospective tool, it must anticipate the future. As a result, we explore emerging issues, and aim to identify how a company can bolster its profile.
