Meaghan Ramsey is Chief People Officer at Brunswick Group, and was formerly UK Managing Partner. She joined the firm in 2016 as a Partner in our ESG & Sustainable Business Practice.

Meaghan leads the People agenda for the firm, advancing Brunswick's Talent strategy and high performance culture, and leading the global People team. In her client work, Meaghan specializes in helping organisations succeed by demonstrating the positive role they are playing in society, particularly when faced with critical issues and challenging operating environments. She is highly experienced, working with large and complex organizations across sectors and advising business leaders from all regions of the world on issues from climate change to financial inclusion, human rights to access to healthcare, sanitation and education.  She regularly speaks on the role businesses play in creating a sustainable future and is often a bridge between business and academia and civil society.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Meaghan was at Unilever where she led the global social impact work of some of their largest brands, latterly Dove where she was responsible for strategy, mass-media campaigns, educational programming and advocacy. Her TED Talk and speech at the UN's 59th Commission on the Status of Women helped highlight the importance of her work and she was nominated for the 2015 Women in Business: Australian Business Woman of the Year in the UK Award in recognition of her work on Corporate Purpose. She was a commissioned officer in the Australian Army between 2000 and 2003.
