Kristin Alena heads the Organizational Transformation practice (GER) and is a trained Executive Coach. She is particularly adept at handling situations that pose a threat to enterprises’ business and endanger their business continuity. Transformation and Crisis – these are the areas in which she brings her considerable expertise to bear.

Drawing on a deep well of organizational change experience and a strong set of leadership and employee engagement skills, she supports clients who are facing significant changes and fragile circumstances such as complex cross-border M&As and integrations (PMI), restructurings and reorganizations as well as cultural transformation programmes where she helps to guide people through mindset and behaviour changes. With her work Kristin Alena supports clients in ensuring business continuity while tackling the human aspects of organizational change and mastering successful organizational transformations. Business Continuity is also her motive when she advises clients who aim to optimize their crisis response capabilities or are confronted with a major crisis. Kristin Alena has a keen interest in organizational psychology, neuroscience, and the human aspect of transformations. She has worked for Brunswick since 2008, prior to which she spent three years as a journalist with German public TV broadcaster ZDF.
