She designs, develops and implements best in class communication and IE strategies in order that our clients can better navigate the increasing scrutiny that comes from a growing regulatory and governance driven environment. She also has an extensive amount of experience in preparing senior management teams for interaction with financial markets.
In recent years Kirsten has been involved in complex M&A, crisis, IPO and activism work and helping clients articulate their ambitions through best in class IR. She has been involved in Board governance and advisory work around business risk and regularly acts as a sounding board for senior management on investor sentiment.
Her client base currently includes some of the most recognised companies globally in FMCG, TMT, Retail, Property, Aviation, Energy, Financial Services and Banking sectors. She has co-authored many articles including chapter 8 of the ‘HKEX Corporate Governance handbook’ and Thomson Reuters’ ‘Guide to IPOs in Hong Kong’.
Kirsten started her career on the equity trading floor at UBS London in 1994.
