Jane McAloon joins Brunswick as Senior Advisor

Brunswick strengthens its Senior Advisory network with the appointment of Jane McAloon.

Brunswick Group, a leading corporate advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jane McAloon will be joining Brunswick as a Senior Advisor. Jane, who is based in Melbourne, will support clients around the world on Governance and Investor Engagement matters.

Jane was formerly President, Governance and Group Company Secretary at BHP where she spent over nine years in senior leadership roles, working on key strategic issues, corporate transactions, as well as market, regulatory and reputational matters.

About Jane McAloon

Jane is the former President, Governance and Group Company Secretary at BHP. She was with BHP for nine years in senior leadership roles and worked on key strategic issues, corporate transactions, as well as market, regulatory and reputational matters. Prior to this, she was Group Manager, Regulatory & Public Affairs and Company Secretary at AGL and spent almost ten years in leadership roles with the NSW Government Cabinet Office, Energy, Rail and Land/Water Departments.

Jane is a Non-executive Director of Healthscope, EnergyAustralia, Port of Melbourne and is incoming Director in the IPO of Viva Energy.  She is involved in veterans’ issues with not-for-profit Bravery Trust as well as Chair of the Defence Reserves Support Council and Monash University Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of AICD and the GIA.
