Nick advises clients on the people implications of transactions, transformational changes, and other significant business challenges and opportunities. He helps organizations create an employee experience that attracts and retains great people, creating the conditions for them deliver the best work of their lives.

He also advises on new ways of communicating with employees, connecting them with each other and customers; and how to create world-class communications functions. Nick led Retail Communications for Lloyds Banking Group during the 2008/9 financial crash and the bank’s subsequent acquisition and integration of HBOS.

Jonathan Dong

Jonathan has more than 30 years of experience in the public affairs, corporate communications and media space.

Prior to Brunswick, he was Head of Corporate Affairs in the Greater China Region for Nestlé, the world’s largest food company. In that role, he led a team across Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China, where he was responsible for the company’s stakeholder engagement, public and media relations, government affairs, public affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, internal communications, and corporate security.
