Carlton has a long career in journalism and joined Brunswick from his position as Deputy Managing Editor for TheStreet, where he was also the author of an award-winning column, “For What It’s Worth,” on topics at the intersection of music, business and social concern. A classically trained pianist with a Ph.D. in Music Composition from Rutgers University, he serves on the boards of local arts nonprofits and writes about music in his spare time.
