Cameron Seligmann provides strategic counsel and communications support to public and private organizations across industries on a variety of specific matters and long-term engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, regulatory issues, shareholder activism/proxy contests, management changes, bankruptcies and restructurings, litigation, and crises.

Prior to joining Brunswick in August 2021, Cameron served as a Vice President at Sard Verbinnen & Co., where he worked on a wide range of special situations, including: LVMH’s acquisition of Tiffany & Co., Capstead Mortgage’s merger with Benefit Street Partners, Graphic Packaging’s acquisition of AR Packaging, II-VI’s acquisition of Coherent, Party City’s sale of its Canadian assets to Canadian Tire, leadership changes at Marathon Petroleum, Energizer’s acquisition of Spectrum Brands' Battery and Portable Lighting Business, Takeda’s listing on NYSE, and TEGNA’s activism defense against Standard General, among many others. Other notable clients Cameron has worked with include Hess Corp., D.R. Horton, Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, Kimberly-Clark, SmileDirectClub, MUFG Bank, Sandridge Energy Activision Blizzard, Sempra Energy, Axalta, and Allergan.  Before working in communications, Cameron worked in the energy sector with Heat Energy Group LLC, now part of BGC Partners, providing institutional over-the-counter brokerage services.

Cameron graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Political Science and a double minor in Economics and Philosophy.
