Bryan Darrow

Bryan provides strategic counsel to clients in a range of areas, including corporate positioning and reputation management, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder activism and crisis and litigation communications. In addition to his strong focus on media relations, Bryan is member of the firm’s global financial institutions group and shareholder activism team.

Since joining Brunswick in 2015, Bryan has worked for a variety of major financial institutions to help shape their corporate story, including Santander Holdings USA, U.S. Bank, Fidelity and BNY Mellon. He also has significant M&A experience, having worked on AkzoNobel’s takeover defense against PPG and Zoomlion’s proposed acquisition of Terex Corporation. Bryan has also worked on several IPOs, including Etsy, Laureate and Blue Apron.

Prior to Brunswick, Bryan spent six years at Joele Frank, most recently as their Director of Media Relations. He also worked for Extreme Reach, a leading provider of TV and digital video advertising solutions.

Bryan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
