As the new year gets underway, we'd like to share highlights from our clients in the U.S. and around the world. Louvre Abu Dhabi

Launching the most anticipated museum opening of the year

One of the biggest stories in the art world in 2017 was the long-awaited opening of the Louvre Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, for which Brunswick Arts served as the global communications agency. Our team designed and implemented a global strategy, navigating stakeholders from the government, media, art world, corporate partners, and the public. The project reframed the conversation around art and culture in the Gulf, positively centered Abu Dhabi on a global cultural map, and launched a national icon for the UAE to be proud of. Over 600 journalists attended the opening events, resulting in 16,500 pieces of media coverage, of which nearly 1,000 published within the first 24 hours of the opening, with a total reach of nearly one billion.
