He has advised on clients both international and Chinese on issues from media engagement strategies and delivery, government regulatory actions, to digital communications of multinational companies in China. He is an experienced trainer on corporate and crisis communications for multinational and Chinese executives.
Before joining Brunswick Shanghai office in 2016, Baijia gained more than 15 years of experience at China’s leading English-language media group China Daily, where he reported on business and technology issues including major Nasdaq-listed Chinese dotcoms and held multiple editor positions. He led the launch of the first localized U.S. edition as Managing Editor based in New York.
Baijia holds an MA degree in English and American Literature in Xiamen University, China.
