Alice is a core member of Brunswick’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and provides strategic support and counsel to clients in a range of areas, including reputation management, media relations, crisis issues, corporate and leadership positioning, and employee engagement. She also currently serves as Chief of Staff to Brunswick’s CEO of the Americas Nik Deogun.

Alice joined Brunswick in 2021 from BNY Mellon, where she was a Vice President in their Corporate Communications team. In that role, Alice served as a strategic and tactical Communications partner to the firm’s largest business, Asset Servicing. Day-to-day, she created and drove communications plans in support of the business’ priorities and collaborated with the leadership team on their needs. Alice transitioned to BNY Mellon’s New York headquarters in 2019 from London, where she worked in a similar role centered on the EMEA region. She began her career with the company in 2015, where she worked in the Regional Area Management team with a focus on driving business enabling initiatives across EMEA.

Having lived in six countries across three continents, Alice has gained a global perspective which she brings to the workplace. Alice holds dual British and French citizenship, and speaks English and French fluently.
